About the Role: Investment Partner at Proximo Ventures

Investment Partners are embedded in the heart of the Oxford, Cambridge, and Imperial innovation ecosystems. The role is designed for students who want to contribute meaningfully to deep-tech venture investing while developing real experience in sourcing, evaluating, and supporting breakthrough founders.

Core Expectations

• Dedicate around 8 hours per week to identifying high-potential startups.
• Share at least two qualified deals per month and lead due diligence to help close a minimum of two investments per year.
• Take an active part in weekly deal flow meetings and monthly all-hands, contributing thoughtful evaluations and feedback.
• Prepare and present investment memos to the Investment Committee and collaborate with co-investors throughout each process.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism across all Proximo activities.
